Climate Talks on climate change at the Helmet libraries The Climate Talks tour invites some twenty authors, writers and activists to the Helmet libraries of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area during February–May to discuss climate change and biodiversity loss with the help of literature.
Visits and loans at Helsinki libraries are slowly returning to their previous levels Customers have gradually begun to return to Helsinki’s libraries. Library staff are reminding people that they can once again spend time in the libraries and that all the services are available.
A fee will be charged for uncollected reservations Helmet libraries will start charging customers a fee of €1 for reservations that have not been picked up or cancelled by the last pick-up date. Reserving materials will continue to be free of charge. The uncollected reservation fee will be introduced 1 June 2021.
