Library offers help with library's own devices, programs and online services. We do not make applications or other online transactions on behalf of the customer.
Volunteer peer guides from Enter help seniors with using computers, tablets, smartphones and electronic services on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am to 12pm.
Service dogs are welcome.
Library is open on Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm.
No customer service on Sundays
Audiobooks in the Celia library are intended for people with various challenges with reading. As an online customer, you can use your device to listen to any of the 40,000 audiobooks in the library collection, and as a CD club customer audiobooks will be delivered to you at home every month. You will need a picture ID for registration. People under the age of 15 need a guarantor.

How to use reservation shelf:
- Scan your library card and enter PIN.
- You will receive a list of your reservations and their shelf numbers. Find reservations from the numbered shelves.
- Borrow your reservations with a separate check out machine.
At library, you can copy or print max 20 black-and-white or 2 color pages per day with your library card.
Before you print for the first time, you need to register as user of the system. Service is free of charge.
Customers have the use of a free-of-charge wireless network (Vantaa Avoin).
