Meeting room Salonki

The meeting room has a 8-seat negotiation table. The library also has a 75" screen which can be used in the room.

In case you need to use the screen, you must tell us so in the reservation comments, as the screen is also used in library's own activities. The staff will give you the cables and adapters to be used with the screen.

User regulations of the premises

Use of the meeting room is free of charge, and the maximum reservation time is 3 hours per week. If a customer does not show up within 15 minutes from the beginning of the reservation, the meeting room can be reserved by other customers. If you know that you will not be using your reservation, please cancel it by calling our customer service number 043 825 1548.

The library staff opens the door to the meeting room and provides instructions on how to use the meeting room and its equipment. Please clean up after your reservation, so that the meeting room will be in good condition for the next customer.

Screen 

The size of the screen is 75". The library staff gives you the cable and the HDMI- and VGA-adapters and provides instructions on how to use the screen. The screen can only be reserved together with the meeting room.
