Recycling point for books brought in by customers. Bring up to three books at a time. You can take as many as you like.

Kirjapaketit perheille -palvelu antaa mahdollisuuden tilata omalle perheelle sopivaa luettavaa. Aineisto valitaan tilauslomakkeelta ja lomake lähetetään valittuun noutokirjastoon. Kirjaston työntekijä kokoaa paketin ja tilaaja saa ilmoituksen, kun kirjapaketti on noudettavissa. Pakettiin voidaan koota kaikenlaisia lastenkirjoja sekä aikuisten tietokirjoja lapsiperhettä koskettavista aiheista. Valmis aihevalikoima on laaja ja lisää saa toivoa. Palvelu on saatavissa neljällä kielellä (suomi/ruotsi/englanti/venäjä) kaikista Vantaan kirjastoista ja se on maksuton. Kirjapaketin voi tilata niin monesti kuin haluaa.

Audiobooks in the Celia library are intended for people with various challenges with reading. As an online customer, you can use your device to listen to any of the 40,000 audiobooks in the library collection, and as a CD club customer audiobooks will be delivered to you at home every month. You will need a picture ID for registration. People under the age of 15 need a guarantor.

Tarvitset tulostamiseen ja kopiointiin kirjastokortin. Kirjastokortin avulla voit helposti rekisteröityä tulostusjärjestelmään. Rekisteröinti tarvitsee tehdä vain kerran, ja se on voimassa toistaiseksi. Henkilökunta auttaa sinua tarvittaessa.

Voit ottaa 20 kpl mustavalkoista tai 2 kpl värillistä tulostetta tai kopiota päivässä. Tulostaminen ja kopiointi on maksutonta. 

Tulostus tapahtuu kirjaston tietokoneilta. Tulostaminen omasta laitteesta ei ole mahdollista. 

We have a small kitchen where you can use microwave oven and buy coffee from coffee machine. This is the pace to eat and drink in our library.

Customers have the use of a free-of-charge wireless network (Vantaa Avoin).

Point library has a laptop locker where you can borrow a laptop (15 years and older). There are two laptops.  You can loan one with a library card and pin code. The laptop locker is in use when library staff is present.  The loan period is three hours.
 

If you are under 15 years old, we have at our libary twelve tablets ("Hublets"). You can borrow and use them in the library also during sel-service hours. Hublets can be found in the children´s comic book area. The loan period is two hours and to loan one you need library card and pin code.
We have two laptops for adults and they can be loaned for three hours at a time and we have four chromebooks to be borrowed. 

Both adults and children can borrow Chromebooks (laptops). We have four Chromebooks and they can be found in the laptop locker.  The laptop locker is in use when library staff is present.  The loan period for a Chromebook is three hours. You can loan one with a library card and pin code.

Send the file to be printed as an email attachement to print@vantaa.fi. Write only a heading. ​Within 5 minutes you will receive by return mail a user ID and password that will be valid for 8 hours. Printouts are black-and-white and single-sided.​

Workroom is available for customer use from Mon to Thu 16-20 o'clock and during Sat 10-16 o'clock.
