Borrow an energy consumption meter from the library The energy consumption meter allows you to measure the electricity consumption of household appliances plugged in to the power point. The loan period is two weeks, and a valid Helmet library card is required for borrowing the meter.
Lukulumo - a multilingual library service In the Lukulumo application, you can find over 520 Finnish language books, many of which you can listen to in over 50 different languages. Lukulumo is available in every Espoo library and almost every library in Vantaa.
Point library will resume normal opening hours as of April 25 The library is open with staff present on Mon-Thurs at 9:00-20:00 and on Fri-Sat at 9:00-16:00. The self-service library is available on Mon-Sat at 7:00-9:00 and on Sun at 7:00-16:00.

Vantaa to open its self-service libraries Vantaa will open its self-service libraries to clients at the turn of August-September 2021. Vantaa's self-service libraries are Kivistö Library, Länsimäki Library, Point Library, and Pähkinärinne Library.
A fee will be charged for uncollected reservations Helmet libraries will start charging customers a fee of €1 for reservations that have not been picked up or cancelled by the last pick-up date. Reserving materials will continue to be free of charge. The uncollected reservation fee will be introduced 1 June 2021.
