Self-service reservations

Self-service reservations in three easy steps:

1. Collect your reserved items according to your own last name or alias from the pick-up shelf

2. Borrow your items using the self-service machine

3. You’re done!

Reserving items does not cost anything. Please ask the staff for help.

You can ask the the staff to make an alias for you, minimum 4 letters or digits (the first sign must be a letter).

Films are separately on a trolly near the service desk.

Reservation shelves are in the lounge near the front door. Skip the lines by collecting your items and proceed to the check-out machines!
